Mr. Bai Xiaosong

Mr. Bai Xiaosong was appointed as the Chirman of the Board of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited on 29th August 2024. Mr. Bai has previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited, the Deputy General Manager of China Resources Petroleum Station, the Business Director of Strategic Management Department of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd., the Assistant General Manager and the Director of Human Resources and Development of China Resources Shenyang Sanyo Compressor Co., Ltd.（沈阳华润三洋压缩机有限公司). He has also served as the Associate President of China Resources Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd., the Vice General Manager of China Resources Snow Breweries (China) Co., Ltd.（华润雪花啤酒（中国）有限公司）, and the Vice President of China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. Mr. Bai holds the qualification of Senior Engineer and a Master’s degree in Economics from Peking University.

Mr. Cheng Jie

Mr. Cheng Jie was appointed as the president of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited on 26 August 2025. He has been serving as the Chairman of Dong-E-E-Jiao Company Limited (东阿阿胶股份有限公司) since September 2024. He served as the 999 Ganmaoling Product Manager and Product Director, OTC Sales and Marketing Director, Deputy General Manager of Marketing Center, and General Manager of Professional Brands Division of China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Company Limited. He has also served as the Director and General Manager of Sanjiu Sanofi (Shenzhen) Health Industry Co., Ltd.(三九赛诺菲(深圳)健康产业有限公司), and the President of Dong-E-E-Jiao. Mr. Cheng holds the qualification of Senior Engineer and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University.

Mr. Cui Xingpin

Mr. Cui Xingpin is the Vice President of our company. Mr. Cui has been the Principal Staff Member of the Changping Branch of the Beijing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Chief Researcher of the COFCO Nutrition and Health Research Institute, and the Deputy General Manager of the Environmental Health and Safety Department of China Resources Group. Mr. Cui holds a Doctoral degree in Analytical Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, University of Science and Technology of China, and has carried out post-doctoral research in the Department of Pharmacology of the University of Pennsylvania, USA.

Ms. Deng Rong

Ms. Deng Rong is the Chief Financial Officer of our company. Ms. Deng has previously served as the General Manager of the Financial Management Center of China Resources Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (华润双鹤药业股份有限公司), as well as a member of the Party Committee, Director, Secretary of the Board, Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer of Dong-E-E-Jiao Co.,Ltd. Ms. Deng holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Central South University and a Master's degree in Management from Beijing Jiaotong University.

Ms. Li Ning

Ms. Li Ning is the Vice President of our Company. Ms. Li previously served as Deputy General Manager of the Marketing Management Center at CR Double Crane Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Head of the Market Access Department of the Operating Subsidiary, General Manager of the Beijing Business Division, and Director of the Business Division of the 0perating Subsidiary. Ms. Li holds a Bachelor’s degree of Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree of Business Administration degree from Renmin University of China.
